Corrections Policy
Axis Signal corrects errors openly. This is how to report one and what we do about it.

Reporting an error
Email signal@axisignal.com with the article headline or URL and what you believe is wrong. If you can point us at a source, please do — it gets the fix out faster.
We aim to acknowledge every report within one working day.
What we do
We check the claim against the original source material. If we got it wrong, we fix it. How we mark the fix depends on what changed:
- Correction — a material error of fact. We amend the article and append a dated note explaining what was wrong and what changed.
- Clarification — accurate but open to being misread. We sharpen the wording and note the change.
- Silent fix — reserved strictly for typography, spelling and broken links, where nothing about the meaning changes.
We do not delete an article to make an error disappear. Corrections stay on the record.
Removal requests
We consider removal only where publication causes demonstrable harm and correction cannot address it, or where we are legally required to act. Disliking accurate coverage is not grounds for removal. Where we decline, we will say why.
Right of reply
If you are the subject of a story and believe it is unfair or incomplete, tell us. Where a substantive point stands up, we will add your response to the article or publish it separately.
