Charities gain $1.5 million after Dana White purchased the first customer-spec 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT paired with a customized 2005 Ram 1500 SRT-10 in a Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas charity lot.
The sale, held during the September 10-12, 2026 auction at the Las Vegas Convention Center, delivered VIN 001, the opening production example of Ram's revived Rumble Bee SRT, alongside a rebuilt 2005 SRT-10. The hammer price was $1.5 million, which Barrett-Jackson listed as splitting evenly between the Folds of Honor Foundation and the UFC Foundation. Ram also issued language tying the partnership to service and sacrifice, saying the effort honors "the extraordinary courage and selflessness of the first responders, military service members, and everyday citizens" involved in those efforts.
Ram finished VIN 001 in a hand-applied Molten Red Pearl with Diamond Black accents that reference the striping on the original 2004 Rumble Bee. Under its hood sits a 6.2-liter Hellcat Hemi V8 bolted to a 3.0-liter supercharger, a build that clears 900 horsepower, a noticeable step above the roughly 777 hp the standard Rumble Bee SRT is quoted at. The accompanying 2005 Ram 1500 SRT-10 carries an 8.3-liter V10 rated at 500 horsepower, a configuration that once earned the SRT-10 a Guinness World Record as the fastest production pickup on sale.
The two-truck package positioned the new Rumble Bee explicitly as a spiritual successor to Ram's mid-2000s street-performance pickup, a narrative underlined by placing both vehicles on the same charity docket in front of a live TV audience. Dana White appeared on the block alongside Barrett-Jackson chairman Craig Jackson to secure the lot for the designated causes, which also included support for Hispanic charities through the UFC Foundation according to the auction materials.
The result highlights continuing demand for high-horsepower gasoline trucks even as manufacturers plan more plug-in and battery-electric pickups. VIN 001 will retain collector cachet as the first customer-spec Rumble Bee SRT to leave the line, and the visibility of this sale gives Ram another commercial incentive to keep producing loud, performance-focused specials alongside its electrified programs.
