Popular Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has explained why music star Davido was absent from his wedding ceremony.
Speaking during a live session, Peller dismissed speculation that there was a misunderstanding between him and the Afrobeats singer.
According to him, Davido remains one of his biggest supporters and treats him like a son.
Peller said the singer was unable to attend the wedding because of his busy schedule.
"Davido treats me like his son. He was very busy, that's why he couldn't attend my wedding," he said.
His remarks come after social media users questioned Davido's absence from the ceremony, with some speculating that there had been a fallout between the pair.
Peller's comments sought to put those rumours to rest, insisting there was no conflict between them.
