SiriusXM will assume exclusive global sales and network distribution for Giggly Squad after Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo agreed to a four-year contract that begins Wednesday. The deal assigns SiriusXM commercial control across audio and video episodes and moves distribution to the SiriusXM Podcast Network, while the series will remain available on YouTube and other podcast platforms.
The agreement follows a competitive bidding process and transfers the show from its prior home at Acast. WME negotiated the deal for Berner and DeSorbo, and SiriusXM adds Giggly Squad to a roster that already includes SmartLess, Call Her Daddy and Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend.
Giggly Squad began in 2020 as an Instagram Live broadcast after the hosts gained wider recognition on Bravo’s Summer House. The twice-weekly comedy podcast has become a top 10 comedy show, covering the hosts’ personal lives, dating, pop culture and fashion. Its brand has supported live tours across 70 cities, including a performance at Radio City Music Hall, produced a New York Times bestselling book titled How To Giggle, and won podcast of the year at the 2026 iHeartPodcast Awards.
Berner and DeSorbo framed the move as a forward step for the franchise. “We’re so excited for this next chapter with SiriusXM. ‘Giggly Squad’ has grown beyond anything we could have imagined and getting to experience that growth with the Gigglers has made it even more special. We can’t wait for what’s next and to keep giggling together,” they said.
Scott Greenstein, president and chief content officer at SiriusXM, praised the hosts and their audience. “'Giggly Squad' has already become a real force in podcasting, driven by Hannah and Paige’s undeniable chemistry, indelible humor, and the incredible community they’ve cultivated around the show. We’re excited to welcome them to SiriusXM and put our expertise behind what they’ve built to help them take it even further and give their fans more of what they love,” he said.
SiriusXM will develop a slate of new programming tied to the Giggly Squad brand, with the company expecting those projects to debut in 2027. The arrangement centralises the show’s commercial strategy under SiriusXM while allowing the hosts to maintain their public channels, setting up a coordinated push to expand the podcast’s audience and monetisation over the coming years.
